Encroachment Drive in Bargarh: Illegal Structures Demolished from Lengu Mishra Chowk to Ambapali Chowk

Bargarh, March 30: The district administration launched a major encroachment drive in Bargarh this morning, targeting illegal structures along the stretch from Lengu Mishra Chowk to Ambapali Chowk.

To ensure a smooth operation, authorities have sealed the area and imposed Section 163, restricting movement in the vicinity. A strong security presence, including 120 police personnel, has been deployed, with magistrates and municipal officials supervising the demolition.

Several large buildings and unauthorized constructions are being brought down as part of this drive. The administration has stated that the action is part of its ongoing efforts to reclaim public land and improve urban infrastructure.
